Host Howie Mandel and thousands of strangers will help a woman plan an extraordinary surprise in order to celebrate the life of her father, a man who has risked his life everyday as a firefighter, as well as honor the memory of her sister who died in a tragic car accident. What begins as a few dancers, evolves into a grand-scale performance in which thousands of people will come together to pay homage to a devoted husband and father, a dedicated fire chief and a true American hero.
