Chef Ramsay travels to Boston to visit La Galleria 33 in the first part of a special two-part episode of KITCHEN NIGHTMARES. Located in the heart of the historic North End of Boston, and run by sister-duo Rita and Lisa, this Italian restaurant has proven to be a financial disaster, spiraling these sisters into a deep state of denial. Denial is a good start for the description of the sisters, but rude and unappreciative are some suggestions I have heard from the ladies in my office at DISH. The way they manage their employees and their food and their money, it is no wonder why they lost control. I just can't wait until I see what ends up happening in part 2. My Hopper always automatically records all of Fox's prime time shows so it will be the first thing on my TV when I get home.
