Showtime has released the seventh trailer for Season 7 of Dexter, debuting Sunday, September 30 at 9 PM ET with "Are You...?". In the Season 6 finale, Deb (Jennifer Carpenter) caught her brother Dexter (Michael C. Hall) in the act, which obviously will lead into a contentious sibling relationship from now on. This new video shows us a brief tease of what happens in the aftermath of that major revelation. Check it out.
