Amazon plans to bring back Pan Am
Amazon has plans to bring back ABC's 60's drama Pan Am. The show was officially canceled two weeks ago by the network.

The online retailer has has been in contact with Sony Pictures Television to possibly take on the show as an attempt to broaden its streaming content division. They already own the shows first season so it seems to be a good fit for a come back.

Other streaming sites are joining the trend as well. Netflix has taken on Arrested Development, while DirecTV picked up NBC's Friday Night Lights and FX's Damages.

The show was starting off well on ABC, but quickly fell in ratings resulting in it's cancellation.

The show starred Christina Ricci, Margot Elise Robbie, Michael Mosley and Karine Vanasse.
